Catch up programmes not downloading

In common with other users on this forum, I have recently had SkyQ installed and cannot download on demand programmes and get the request to upgrade to to access them. I have altered settings to SD and selected SD for individual programmes but to no avail. I see that others have been informed that this needs Sky intervention. How do I get this assistance?

Hi @Lisa-P1987 . I have the same problem too. I'm a brand new customer and had Sky Q installed on Tuesday this week with the signature & HD/UHD package, but when I try to watch anything on Catch Up the message I get is "To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription."

I have attempted all suggestions on the MySky app and this forum without success.
