Catch up on Alibi is asking for update

I tried to get episode 1 of series 2 Traces on catchup (Alibi) as I missed it last night.  It asked me to upgrade my package to be able to do this, yet it has let me set it to record on series link from next week (episode 2)?

Hi @Camkam  Are you trying to download content in HD without a HD subscription, try downloading it in SD?

@Camkam  when you searched for episode 1 of series 2 how/where did you find it ??

@Camkam strange one as it downloads and plays for me, another question do you have Sky signature or a boxsets subscription. I'm asking as I can see that Traces is in both catchup and in boxsets so could be something is wrong and it's looking for a boxsets subscription to download it. I could be completely wrong.

 

I have also checked and can see Alibi is showing series 2 episode 1 again on Saturday evening at 11.00pm both in HD and obviously SD as well

I've looked into it and it's on Sky Signature which is a new package that includes Box Sets.  We already pay a fortune to Sky so I thunk I'll forego Traces.  Thanks for your helps

@Camkam with Signature you should have access to boxsets and catch up so shouldn't have to pay anymore  can you download other programmes as there is s known fault that stops people downloading anything
