Sky q

Having to reset my box every morning anyone have an idea why

You mean you have to restart it,by switching off at the plug? What's the box doing or not doing that means you need to restart it,

Hiya 

Switch TV on and there's no sky q whatsoever just a black screen 

I wait a couple of min and nothing happens so I end up doing a rest to get sk q back

Hi @Colin260260  When your TV and SKYQ box are on standby, turn the SKYQ box on first, this should then turn on the TV.

If not check that HDMI control is turned on in settings on the SKYQ box and also on your TV?

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Colin260260If it is a bit earlier than 06:00 and your Q box is in eco mode have a look at this link, all boxes should be set to the same standby mode.

@Colin260260 it could be you box is set to eco mode as that is right in the time thatveco mode ends have a look at the link below and it shows you how to check what the setting is and how to change it
