Re: Cant connect smart tv on wifi, fibre to property installed
@AndreaDav I would use ethernet cable from the TV to the hub as this is the most reliable method espcially if using the TV's onboard apps.

Re: Cant connect smart tv on wifi, fibre to property installed
For some strange reason, there are some TVs that don't handle the 2.4g and 5g wifi bands having the same ssid name. Try spliting them on the router wifi setup page, adding 5g to then end of the 5GHz ssid for example.
Or connect it with a lan cable.

Re: Cant connect smart tv on wifi, fibre to property installed
@AndreaDav the padlock implies the wifi has connected but the TV has not got a valid IP address. First step is to reboot the TV which is normally easy unplug the mains and wait until the power led goes out (that takes over a minute on some sets) then reconnect the mains that may clear the fault but you may have to enter the network details again.
.If it doesn't work go into the TV's menus and find the network settings and check they are to "Automatic" or "get settings from the router" which should sort the problem
