Cannot watch Kerrang

Kerrang radio?  I have it on pretty much all day via Alexa...it's not the same as being able to see the videos and crank up the volume but at least it's keeping me more or less sane....Sam x

As I have already stated, Sky may have THEIR priorities but as a paying customer I think mine are slightly more valid.  Who the hell are they to decide which music channel is more important than another?!  It is a matter or whether or not you have good taste...and the utter crap on Kerrang at the moment is enough to make one puke.....

Clearly new technical staff are required as the current ones are clearly HOPELESS.  I'm sure my little brother would have sorted it out faster than this...

It's not the staff, it's the loss of data and possibly equipment. 

If they're needing replacement specialist systems, then it could well take weeks or months - there are massive delays in supply of many electronic components at present.

Paying customer or not Kerrang is a free channel. The music channels also dont show many programs compared to the other channels affected. Yes it is getting annoying now but the more complaints I see on here makes me feel sorry for those that have the problem to fix. 

The way I see it now that Magic is back on its hopefully just a matter of time before we get Kerrang back too, but in the meantime enjoy your freedom while you can and if you really need music that much there is always other platforms. This is out of the control of Sky TV so why people feel the need to keep 'attacking' with comments is just silly.

@samlewis6 looks like you've missed the fact that Kerrang's continued absence has nothing to do with Sky and there's nothing Sky can do about it. Take it up with Red Bee.

"Silly"???   Not providing listed channels is extremely annoying regardless of the excuses.  And I don't know who you are but I DO know you are in no position to pass judgement on other viewers.

Fair enough, but I pay Sky, not Red whoever it is, so I expect them to either supply their listed channels or redund me accordingly.    All the crap where Kerrang should be is pretty much the last straw with all the other crap that's going on....

You don't pay for Kerrang though - it's not part of the Sky package.

Given their inability to get the channels broadcasting again I think contacting Red Bee would be a waste of time.  And I'd probably have to use words of only one syllable as they're clearly not very bright....

If you're so convinced it's an easy fix @samlewis6 why don't you go there and fix it yourself? I'm sure we all look forward to watching the channel by the end of the day if it is such an easy fix.
