I have recently added BT Sport to my Sky Q package through Sky (not BT), however I cannot access BT Sport on my Sky Go app, it says 'To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription.'
Any advice gratefully recieved.

Thank you, I attempted a variety of things and it turns out the simple act of logging out, then logging back in again on the Sky Go app worked! I'd advise anyone else with the same problem to try this first.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
