Device pin rejected

I have downloaded programs to my iPad and my pin was working 2 days ago but it is now saying it's wrong. I have tried resetting it through links on other discussions and through sky website which it says it's accepting. I have put in my pin both on and offline but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
