@Boomer84  You've posted this in the Sky Q forum, so have you recently upgraded to Sky Q from Sky HD?

 

  If yes then no you won't be able to access recordings on your Sky HD box as you can only have 1 active subscription on the account.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Can you confirm what box you have @Boomer84 as you post says HD but your title say Sky Q ?

 

And what happens when you try to access your recordings ?
