i have followed all the online help and i still cant use catch up , it keeps telling me to upgrade but i have the same packafe iv always had , there was no issue before , does snykne know what else to do to sort this out ?

I Had the same issue yesterday and someone escalated it to Sky for me on here who have contacted me and resolved the issue today. It's a known issue apparently so hopefully, someone will escalate this for you.

My sky q was fitted on Tuesday and I am still unable to download anything from on demand or catch up. It states I need too upgrade. I spoke to 2 sky engineers tha evening who told me how to reset etc and reset the same again tonight yet it is still not working and telling me I need too upgrade.
