‘Call to upgrade’
Hi all.
I keep getting a call to update message at the top of my screen when trying to download from the on demand section, I had no problems this morning when using this and now come home from work and it's not working. Any advise would be greatful!

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
