Cancelling sky

I want to cancel my subscription as sky broadband cause I found better offer I want to know if I will have to pay full the month or if they will refund me the days that I am non using anymore

@Giuli08 You will have to ring Sky and give the normal notice of 31 days.

  • You may have to pay an early termination fee if you are still within a minimum term agreement.
  • Best to call Sky.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

You have to give 15 days notice to cancel your broadband service and will have to pay the remainder of your contract off if you are still in one. Under certain circumstances it could be that Sky would owe you money once cancelled so if this is the case with you then they will refund you within 45 days of your final day.
