I want to downgrade or cancel subscription

I seem to have Box sets but don't want them at £45 a month! I've been with sky for over 10years and seem to be on the worst package and oldest equipment ever. Why can't I cancel or downgrade online.

@Liz+Howlett  Sounds like you are on an old legacy base pack as boxsets alone is not £45pm

 

best to phone sky and change over to sky signature which is the current base pack which is around £25pm on 18 month fixed term contract
