Cancelling my contract

I went online and wanted to cancel my sky contract I was send an email to say it was £1.49 as my contract had finished now I've had an email to say I'll be charged if u can't take any payments

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@Leanne+slough have you actually spoken to Sky to cancel and have you received an email from Sky confirming your cancellation?
