My contract finished on 2019 December . I did switch for Now TV and pay last payment around £55 . I didn't extend my contract and I didn't sign new one so how come you Sky opened new contract and start billing my account for 2 years? I request immediately respond from you guys. I did contact my bank to stop this fraudently procedure...

Doesn't sound fraudulent at all. Just because your minimum term discount ended, your contract doesn't end until you cancel it and receive written confirmation you've done it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@marcin7712 unfortunately signing up with NowTV does not automatically cancel your Sky TV service. You would have had to contact Sky yourself to cancel Sky TV.
If you didn't do that, your contract from 2019 will have continued until now. It's not a new contract and there's no fraud.
You need to speak to Sky to cancel. Cancelling your bank payment won't fix this. It just means you'll end up owing Sky an increasing amount, which they'll take action to get back from you.

Exactly I did cancell it all and I have email confirmation. It is fraud unfortunately they did open automatically my direct debit which was cancelled 2 months after cancellation. My bank already refund me the money and they are in legal advice with Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have an email confirming cancellation of Sky TV, this should be straightforward to put right, but you still need to contact Sky directly.
Your bank can't take legal action against Sky or resolve it with them.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@marcin7712 If it's asking for payment details then something has gone wrong with cancellation
so unless you can get through via a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number you'll have to restore payment in order to speak to sky and take it from there
