Can't open maintenance, says they will send it unencrypted

Trying to look at statistics in maintinencw, I have put username as admin and password sky also tried my password bit not working

I assume this is Broadband related?

 

Have you tried these steps?

Would be more useful for you to post this in the correct forum section for a start, this is for Sky Q tv services and not Broadband. - I assume this will get moved to the relevant board.

 

What exactly is the error?

What is the reason for needing to access the menu you are trying?
