@Wedding+day  Couple of things to try, 1st make sure the remote is paired to the q box, if it is have you tried a reboot of your Q box, unplug for 30 seconds then plug back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

hi @Wedding+day is it all channels or just 1 or 2 specific channels you having problems with ?
