Football UHD turns off box after 30mins

Watched football 5 times in uhd..every time it judders and turns the box off and have to unplug and restart the box. Usually happens between 20-40 mins of watching, 

The box gets hot and have to unplug every few days also as screen goes black. 

SKY just said engineer can come but if they can't find a fault they won't be able to fix the fault...unless they come when football is on and is UHD they won't see any fault!!!! 

Any advice what I can do?

I have exactly the same. Happened during the F1 numerous times, football, movies.....always the same. Never happens with UHD when watching Netflix though (through the sky q Netflix app)
