Now if it is set on the default of PG13 then you might want to change it or switch it off to test if you are able to get to the website.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ao6889Is this happening to any other web address you are trying to get to?

Using Opera, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox I cannot connect to any website at all. I can only do this using Google Chrome but cannot connect to 'Facebook' from any browser. I use a wired connection from desktop to router. I have a notebook that connects to the router via wireless but this will not allow me to connect to Facebook either. When I click the 'Internet Connection' icon on my desktop, it says I am not connected and when I try to connect I get: 'Error 651.'
'Safari' say the Facebook server is not responding and the others 'time out.' This has been a problem for four days now. I don't think the problem is with Facebook as I have received emails saying friends have posted there.

Yes Highlinder, I've reset and rebooted the router. Where would I find the broadband shield settings?

Thanks Hilinder. Found it. Changed from 13 to 18 and it works - on my desktop at least.
