CATCH Up

I am trying to watch programmes on Catch Up on Sky channels, however can not as it says I need to upgrade my subscription, is this correct or is this a settings isse

@Day1  You've posted in the broadband forum, which box to you have Sky+ or Sky Q as it would be best posted in the correct forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
