Broadband

I am having trouble with my broadband for the last 5 days now, it keeps disconnecting and flashing amber and would come back on for not even an hour and would disconect again. Would anyone know the number to ring and actually speak to someone in Ireland, its impossible to actually speak to someone about any problems you have and it's very frustrating.

I have tried that option @cookiemonsteruk and a hole load of others. Just need to speak to someone and organise an engineer to come out.

It loads after a few seconds. Maybe not exactly the right page contextually but it has a yes i still need help link at the bottom  The problem isn't whether i did or did not post a wrong link its the fact i can't post the number without the phone filter kicking in. Think i'll stick to the now tv forum i think they are just a we bit more grateful that someone posts a reply🤬

@cookiemonsteruk Aplogies I did not mean to upset you. You are doing excellentvwork here - the phone number filter is a pain as a hint adding a few spaces usually works.

No problems 😁 It is a right royal pain in the derriere and infuriating for myself who try to help but end up giving the impression i sending customers on wild goose chase . When yes i need help appears at the bottom of a page it usually leads to a phone number. Wonder did the customer click the "i'm in ireland" bit.

I did click, I'm in Ireland, and any number I ring just leads me to going on line and trying to solve the problem that way, which doesn't work.
