Broadband not working

Hi

 

Our broadband is not working, there is one green power light on and nothing else have tried running all the online tests, have turned it off and on. Have checked all connections are secure. Have done absolutely everything but it is not connecting tothe internet at all.

 

The phone works fine so I know the line is ok.

 

Nothing works and sky are no use to me at all in getting technical support.

So the broadband test says that everything is okay?

The broadband test say they cannot find the hub but to try again later.  its been saying that for the last 24 hours.

It would be faster to just call Sky. Just dial 150 and when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you might be asked for a mobile number, give this, but DO NOT hang up and if you are asked if you wish to hang up say " No ".

I can't as I'm not at home had to go into the office cause the broadband is not working!!!  Is there another number I can try.
