Broadband and 4g outage

Any one else experiencing complete loss of service on broadband and 4g?

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

BT22 Ards peninsula.  Neighbour on plusnet down as well. Both of us have lost 4g as well

Must be a downstream problem for multiple providers then? Doesnt sound like a DNS issue or anything like that
