Enabling IPv6 on the router should be fine and if its already connecting to the Sky network via IPv4 it should fetch an IPv6 public address on its own. Alternatively you may be able to connect it via IPv6 PD

Did you manage to turn the IPv6 on, in the router?

Not sure how to check if it's working I have ticked the enable. Still learning about tweaking this router but speeds are awesome

I've used the following settings to configure IPv6, initially on a VR900 and over the last year or so on a VR2800.
So I'd imagine the layout on your VR600 to be very similar.

Once logged into the Router
1 Click on Advanced
2 Then Network
3 Then Edit the Wan Interface
4 Then Enable the IPv6 check box
5 Addressing Type needs to be SLAAC
6 Click on OK at bottom of page
7 Then click on LAN Settings
8 DHCP Server
9 Click on IPv6 Radio Button
10 Address Type should be RADVD
11 Prefix Type is Delegated
12 Click on Save, then Log Out

IPv6 Should now be fully working  😀
