Broadband down again

Adding the DNS with VPN on got it working for me. Thank you to those who have helped! No idea what I'm doing with this kinda thing so much appreciated.  To those technophobes like me:

-go to settings- Wi-Fi- tap on your Wi-Fi- configure DNS-manual- add 8.8.8.8- Save.  hopefully you will connect!

Update for all still no internet from sky and no email from sky to apologise for the break in service and no advice when we can expect the service back - very poor. I know these things happen but the lack of communication is disrespectful to all lying customers - now 0100 hrs in essex

Mine is off as well ws11 most of area off supposed to be damged cables and up to 14 days until fixed major cables damged. Not happy as eating mobile data

All my lights r still white which is correct for my router but I still can't get online at all. **bleep** on sky sort ya act out man this is getting beyond a joke now man no other isps have this many issues for god's sake just fix it already plse

Yep, same here in Liverpool.

Got my tower working off an EE tether from phone, only to have THAT data suddenly pack in because tonight at midnight is the night my phone wants its monthly "money" to renew my PAYGo package!!

Ended up tethering off the wife's phone, just to get MY phone back alive again....just so I can then get back online and find out why SKY is offline.

Does look like it's all over the country! Let's hope it's sorted soon cos their site is being updated aswell can't even check the service status!
