Just to add to the pileup of "Broadband down" msgs, I live in the TR14 area, it went down at about 11:30pm  and came back online at 1:10. I agree that the notifications to the users are poor. Perhaps they could send a "we're having a problem - will keep in contact" text to the users. Suggest you have a look at the Electricity Outages website - something like this would really help, just bear in mind we're having to rely on mobile network access to get any info.

I'm back up and running too but I wouldn't recommend pulling out a bunch of wires and putting them back in different ports like I did, think that severely slowed down the process

Well...Up and running on EX20 area.

Still 3 or so hrs offline isn't good enough! I expect compensation. 

At least sky could inform or at the very least update their customers!🙄
