Broadband disconnected??

My broadband is down in Cv48** area. The service checker is down too. Turing the broadband on and off does not work

Internet is down has been since 10:27pm 19/09/2023 I have not 4g either on my sky mobile was going on

Mine is down too Bradford, W.Yorks. What would help is Sky putting on their site etc 'Major issues with broadband in all areas so we apologise that you're paying for a service that we are currently not providing'. But yes I went through the turn off, turn on, check you've paid you're bill, now plug your router in to the cat if this doesn't work then unplug it and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and so on!!!! Sky come on just put service currently down and we are working on it[content removed]

Same here in Sutton, Surrey. Router lights all green, but no connection at all.

Sky has lost WIFI in Surrey - all over local Facebook. Sky also lost helpdesk and their App just went into MaintMode.

BIG outage for them
