Broadband disconnected??

My internet offline despite router showing all okay with 3 green lights. I'm  in Chester. 

Sky seems to be having more than broadband issues as this forum is slow as is my SkyQ playback .

DA12 down too...for the second time in under a week with no warning. This has happened 5 times now in the time since I switched to Sky in June, whereas with my previous provider it happened twice in the 2 years I was with them.

lets try post this again since the website did allow me to do a post, but then decided i wasnt signed in even though i was.

its more than just the exchange unit or a line down, it seems due to the fact their website and app isnt working, i would say a massive server issue

and were in fovant and its been down for about an hour

Broadband works without any problems. The problem is the DNS server. Replace the DNS server address with Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and everything will be ok.

Down in SK2 as well! This is why I pay £20 a month for data on my phone.

Why I pay Sky for anything, I'm honestly not sure

I have fixed broadband working, but very very very slow, like 56k slow. 

However the data via the phone wasnt working untill I changed the dns to 8.8.8.8.

We also have 3 green lights and voice light orange . No internet Ch3 . Hope it's sorted by morning as I work from home
