No TV, broadband or phone line. Amazing how we rely on that one service to run our lives and when it goes down everything stops!

I have also lost internet. Based in Rugby.
Looks to be a DNS issue. Assigned my laptop as static ip and dns set to 8.8.8.8 and it is working.
Also changed sky Q network settings dns to 8.8.8.8 and fixed it.
Hopefully Sky will sort this out ASAP.
Hope this helps anyone else.
Mine is still down having to use my data on my phone which is not much faster than a snail, think Vodaphone have got issues too

DNS can't be resolved ... It seems this is a UK issue not a local one
Broadband down AGAIN in ct10.
Had better service on a non fibre line with an other company.
No transparency or customer service texts or emails to let us know that the service we are paying for has failed again.

Down in Derby. Been off nearly an hour.
We are also down in PE36. Not happy especially after our Sky bill has just increased dramatically and now we can't even use it!!
