I have just spent time following all the online Sky advice, testing connection and  resetting etc to read these posts. So glad I havent waste any additional time on this when it's a Sky issue.  A simple message to customers to advise of the issue would be useful!

I see customer have reported issues with WiFi in Britain, these issues are also happening in N.ire.  I can't gain access to my account either to report issue. 

What is causing the issue?

Its down. ONT box fine. I changed the DNS to add google DNS on my iPad and Macbook and its fine so Sky's DNS servers are down affecting entire country by the look of it - my wifi is working fine just the DNS cant be resolved! I do work in tech BTW so might be a bit more savy troubling shooting this kind of thing.

My Sky Stream is down bc you can't change the DNS on the sky TV or the sky max hub router. I will be calling for compensation in the morning this sucks its only my 2nd day with sky after moving form BT!
