My broadband is not working

I'm in the BN3 area.

Broadband went down this morning about 12 midday and about 10pm tonight.

Tried several reboots but still not working.

Looks like a nationwide issue from what others are reporting on this forum.

Polite reminder- we are paying Sky for this non-service.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution and  a refund.

I am in RG4. Ours went down at about 22:15. An hour later and still down

Tried all the steps. Cant connect to broadband. Just suddenly went off.

Same in OX14. 3 green lights on router but no internet (DNS server not responding) and no landline (orange light on router). Failed approx 2234 hrs.

WiFi is down, no connectivity for on demand, phone lines are down orange light on voice on hub.

this is something either BT openreach or Sky have done!!!

my voice light is not turning on and my internet connection is gone however the internet light is green

Looks like the whole network is down.

Yes in FY6. Voice light orange. No internet connection on any devices linked to the network.

My internet went down same time 

I have very unhappy teenagers

Reset the router so many times only have first green light on 

Hope it's fixed by the morning
