My internet is down, Wirral area. Does anyone knows what's going on? Seems like there's lots of people complaining of the same.

No broadband in Cardiff either. Needed urgently for work purposes too. Very disappointing.

Am I glad I didn't go for that Sky Glass. At least I've got some TV but no Broadband. Sky will come out with some Bull that it's not their fault and they were hacked by the Russians!!!!!

Call out the instigator, my Sky Internet is down since 10.30pm.  3 greens after reset too.  Mobile EE signal is working.

I am the same all green except voice light staying orange and no internet connection 🙈 this is so annoying this is twice it's done it now in 2 weeks!! Absolute nightmare!!

Yes mine is down again. I'm in BT7. Noone answering the phone and website not working and app also not working. 

Very frustrating and poor customer service to not even provide info

Same, dropped about half ten. Disconnected the WAN connection and it wouldn't come back up. Rebooted the router and i've got an orange internet light.

Down in CO6, Colchester, and the online service checker is not even working. It doesn't even recognise that I'm logged in and just says everything is fine and does nothing when I enter my phone number.
