Broadband down again

I live in Middlesbrough and my broad band went off just after 10pm still off.  I was with BT for 10 years and I've had more issues in 3 months with Sky than all of my time with BT . They are useless! Going to complain and get out of deal if I can. Please BT can I come back?

My internet is down too but it's showing all the green lights! Can't get on to the app and check my broadband has I got no internet. Useless service. It's doing my head in. dy1 area.

@rhett I think we are all being ripped off been with sky for ages a platinum member and then we have to contend with no internet via broadband or mobile 4g having to use my wife's o2 4g for this post

Tried to troubleshoot my connection, says it's the dns servers down again, had this the other night and again tonight

If you have unlimited data on 4G/5G use your mobile as a WiFi hotspot. I'm not a sky glass customer I'm sky Q but if your TV has Internet it might work.

Service also seems completely out in Milton Keynes MK4. Just died at about 10:30pm and router comes back as described by others - internet light is off and phone light is orange. We are on full fibre, so phone is VOIP via router.

I'm not especially heartened by knowing it's affecting every customer 😞
