I hope they will be offering some sort of goodwill credit to our accounts after this?? We have been with Sky forever and pay a huge amount each month. I think after this we all need to see how much each person is paying for similar services because I think I'm being robbed at the moment!!

Same here in South Yorkshire 3 green lights but voice light is orange, tried rebooting a few times now! Seems it must be a widespread outage judging by this thread 😖😖hope it's sorted by the morning as I work from home too 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Wow. Iv just had the longest conversation Iv ever had with my wife. Hope this outage doesn't last much longer 😂

I know that others have had this problem before, but I am unsure what the solution was.
The voice light turns orange, and all received internet access stops, but other lights are all green.
It stays like that for a while, until now I can simply apply my phone internt to write this message here.
If anyone knows how to figure it out, please let me know! Thank you!

Laughable service, I'm so mad... no Internet no service to speak too, as conveniently closed and tells me to go online 🤬🤬🤬 irony of it is that my mobile is also with sky and that don't work either, hijacked daughters Internet to go online here, thankfully she has a trusty provider[content removed], useless
