My Internet is down and app not working, trying to do service check on website, but that's not working either. Ridiculous service can't wait to cancel service and go elsewhere 😡😡

Broadband connection down despite having 3 green lights on router. Hertfordshire,  near North London 

No TV, mobile,  ipad, computer working.  Work from home so let's hope it's back up and running first thing in the morning

UK wide by the looks of things. Appears to have cascaded from from regional issues over last 24 hours (eg Lancs)

mines is the same and i really need it for the landline for emergencies bet no one will get refund for this
