Hi guys ,
I have been having issues with my broadband going down at night time for about 4 hours then it usually is back up and running by the time I get up for work at 4am. Yesterday the broadband went down at about 7pm and has not come back on since there is an amber light at in the internet light , I have ran all the test and it just comes back saying there is and issue and then says it can't find my hub then it just loops me back around . Struggling to get a hold of someone to report this isssu any ideas ? Thanks in advance 👍🏻

You also say that you currently have an amber internet light, so maybe a problem with your line.
Is your landline working ok?
Might be worth showing us your line stats, as it is described here, so we can see if we can help you to see if your line is showing an obvious problem;
Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
When you run the test on your Mysky page or from the Sky Mysky app, it should show the status if it is a known problem in your area. It also often offers you an engineer visit to fix a problem.
You can call Sky by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

Hi @lettice
yes my land line is working just off the phone there to a member of the sky Broadband team and he's ran test but the line got cut off so he text me saying that my issues seam to be part of a wider outage and they have people looking into it with the upmost priority so just need to sit tight and wait I guess 😊.

Also just to add I can't get online to show my broadband statistics as my broadband has been completely down since 7pm last night so I am usining my mobile data now 😊.

You can also check the status of sky services and a known area fault like that often gets put up there with information;
