Box office billing for rental that didn't happen.

Hi ,

I am getting charged for a sky store _ rental of pay per view royle rumble €29.99, which I 100% did not order what can I do  I rang sky they said there Is nothing I can do and that I will be charged for it, they say my pin was put in twice...

I don't like wrestling and defo would not buy it or my wife would not. Plus on top of that there is no sign off it anywhere on my sky box ..just on sky bill!! Very annoyed going to cancel service.

They system has made an error and they refuse to acknowledge it.

Ultimately you will have to complain to Sky and be as firm (and hopefully polite ) as you choose to be

For what it's worth - most reports we hear of this on a forum is where a family member (often a younger child) has entered the PIN and is a bit scared to own up - but of course this may not be relevant to your house

Thanks for reply, Yes I could see how they maybe a child turned it on, but as the only child is a 14 year daughter, who wasn't in the house that weekend  this is how I narrowed it down to a mistake, also why does it not show up anywhere in box office purchases anywhere no trace of it on the box, just the bill sky say someone activated, and even if it was activated surley they could see it wasn't  watched,and there should be a trace of it somewhere.

I'm not sure contacting the Sky Store team will help here as this is a Box Office broadcast which is completely different to the Sky Store unless I have missed something ?

I wonder if they can help you establish that you didn't view any of the broadcast and get to the bottom of how it was ordered
