Hi, I don't seem to be able to find any way to book an engineer either by phone, website or through my Tv,is it possible currently?

The only way to book an engineer is to phone Sky but if you post what your issue is with your box perhaps we can suggest a possible fix.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

The only way to book an engineer is to phone Sky but if you post what your issue is with your box perhaps we can suggest a possible fix.

For Sky+ you have to call to book. For Sky Q, there may be an online option depending on the issue you're having

Sorry the picture doesn't want to show up, the message that I'm getting is 'your sky +HD box isn't getting a satellite signal. Your recordings in the planner and the on demand service may still be available.'

As you've exhausted the online diagnostics, you'll need to call to book an engineer, as previously posted.
