- As I said above but before you call, if you search Blue screen Sky Q you get the following - "Most blue-screen issues seem to be resolved by disconnecting Scart & HDMI leads and a reboot (power off 10 seconds) then re-connecting. Wait 5 mins then (apparently) pressing Tv then Sky on the remote helps (after the above)."
