Billing

I have been overcharged £50 so I haven't paid the bill because I want to know why however I can not get through to sky at all .

Unwise. If you don't pay your bill, Sky will restrict your services and you'll find it difficult to speak to them unless you pay the outstanding amount first. Then you'll be able to check the amount with them. If they made a mistake they'll reimburse you.

@Freyalr  I concur with @Mark39 you would be well advised not to withhold payment as this will cause you more problems than answer's 

 

if it turns out there is an error Sky will refund you
