Billing
Hi, Why had my bill increased largely when I have the same sumervices I'm supposed to be paying 39.99 a month it is a fresh contract so definitely has expired but your asking for payments of £70.00 I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone I'm this is a nightmare I'm a mother of 3 includeing a newborn baby !!! I also seem to have added packages like Sky he etc which I haven't asked for .!

@Kim19953 If it's a new contract the first couple of bills after you change can be higher because of the period they cover and setup charges
so what do the next three future bills show your has payout if it's £39 pounds then it's almost certainly correct
if you have packages yield didn't ask for you'll have to take this upto directly with Sky via phone

We can't see your bills, but if you've recently contracted or re-contracted, there will be some pro rata billing, so check your bill for the dates you're being charged for.
If your future bills are for the amount you're expecting, the likelihood is that it's all correct.
