Hello, I purchased my first plan with sky this month which is 2gb plan but I only can see 1gb available on my account and when I saw the billing for this month it was like this on following photo. Someone please explain this to me? Why I'm paying +£6 something for only 1gb

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFir the first month you might not get the full 2GB as the amount you are given (in your case 1GB) is based on the number of days before the data resets which is your billing date. From month two onwards you will be give the full 2GB. This is also why you were billed just £3.29 for 20th August to 5 September because it is not a full month.
