I am currently in a care home temporarily,but probably for a few weeks / months. I
Can my tv / broadband account be paused until i am back home?

@Helen39112 Unfortunately, Sky don't temporarily pause subscriptions. If you are out of contract then you could cancel services. Just out of interest have you registered with Sky Accessibility? for further support.

If you do end up cancelling you will need to arrange for someone to return all loaned equipment to Sky to avoid non return charges.
