I paid my bill yesterday online using my card. Usually when I do this it shows my account as 0 meaning I paid. It's still showing I owe money

No Mark it hasn't but it's pending in my bank. It's so strange as this hasn't happened before

It sounds like the payment hasn't been processed yet, for some reason.
