Hi i just check my payments and saw you guys charging me a lot for my package i want to cancel it because it is lot for me to pay and no one send any mail any ketter before changing my package

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDiscounts ending perhaps? Sky tell you how long your discount will last when you sign up, so you should be aware. They don't send a reminder. Give Sky a ring, either to discuss a new discounted package, or of you prefer, to give notice to cancel.
