I'm afraid you're goin to need to provide more info if you want the forum help.  You should be aware we are all customers here and that you can access your bills online here Your Sky Bills | Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Shell+xx123  No one will phone you , but we can alert sky depending on what your query is about but you need to post as much information on here before we can do so


do not post any personal information though such as account details.

We are all customers here. 

 

No one will call you on the back of a forum post as no one on the forum knows who you are.  You will ned to call Sky to discuss your bill unless yuou have a specific question the forum may be able to help with.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
