Can anyone tell me why I am paying 10 and 21 days on my bill when I haven't changed anything?

On my bill it says 10 days then an amount, then 21 days and another amount. I'm so confused.

Did you upgrade or change anything on your current packages mid month? That will be the usual reason, or a discounted period that has come to an end?

Find out moreThat isn't two bills it is one bill dated from 1 December - 31st December, but for some reason your Sky Signature and HD charges are split down to 10 days and 21 days so perhaps it is to do with a discount that has ended so what does next months bills show your total cost will be ?
