10 & 21 day payment

Can anyone tell me why I am paying 10 and 21 days on my bill when I haven't changed anything?

On my bill it says 10 days then an amount, then 21 days and another amount. I'm so confused.

Did you upgrade or change anything on your current packages mid month?   That will be the usual reason, or a discounted period that has come to an end?

I tried to add a screenshot but I don't think it worked. It's sky signature.

@JANIE20  You need to wait for images to be approved, normally takes a few minutes.

Maybe it's a discounted period.

That isn't two bills it is one bill dated from 1 December - 31st December, but for some reason your Sky Signature and HD charges are split down to 10 days and 21 days so perhaps it is to do with a discount that has ended so what does next months bills show your total cost will be ?

@JANIE20 @Yes, I agree with @caesarome. Looks like your discount for the Signature pack and HD add-on runs out on 21 December, so you're being charged charged a higher rate for the 22 December onward
