Have you come to the end of a discounted period? If so these are only for a fixed period usually 18 months, you would need to speak to Sky to negotiate a new deal.

If you are a new customer then the first few bills are higher as explained here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/manage-your-bills-and-payments
If you have been a customer for longer than a year then the chances are a discount you had has now finished so now is the time to call Sky to negotiate a new one.
