Web chat

Hello I was told by a sky advisor that they have an email and web chat but I can't seem to find it either

@amarni-2012  Not sure why you have posted in the Sky Yahoo email forum as it's not a an email account issue.  Webchat isn't always available and depends on which team you tring to get through to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@amarni-2012 @Contact options vary by topic and are usually shown at the end of the help guide for the topic you want to discuss

 

If you can tell us what it is you want to raise, we may be able to point you in the right direction.  Note you're not talking to, or emailing Sky here. It's  a public community.

I have cancelled sky a few months ago so i have no idea why im still getting charged i dont use sky.i want to send back the box ect.  Why hasnt my account been cancelled.. i phoned up to do this and it hasnt been logged in once again your end. I am not paying any money to you i would like the box to be returned

You can return your equipment by using any box you have and you can also print your own return label, this link will help you with this:

If you have given notice to leave then billing continues as normal during this period so any overpayments will be refunded to you or you can call Sky to chase them up.
