My engineer visit
Good afternoon.
unfortunately I got the dates wrong for my engineer visit and no one was available today, I thought it was tomorrow. Very sorry about this.
can we please arrange a new visit?

Nope @Ryan+and+Selaima You aren’t talking to Sky. We are fellow customers on here and obviously have no access to your account. Sky won’t contact you as the result of a post on here. You will need to contact Sky I’m afraid. Not sure if you'll be charged for a missed appointment??

Before calling Sky have you checked that you can not change it yourself if the appointment shows up here:
