My pay date was changed without my permission, now I'm £17 in arrears and didn't ask for the change of date , I tried phoning but hung up when the sky rep started getting angry because I court him out lieing

Sky don't change your payment date on a whim. What's the background to this? Are you new to Sky? Changed your package?
